At Praxis, we look at diet, lifestyle habits, environmental factors, cellular processes, immune function, and toxins in order to identify the root cause of what ails your child.
We believe that food should nurture, so the child’s diet and gut health is our first focus. From there, we build a personalized plan to optimize their health and well being. Our approach includes traditional and specialty labs to help pinpoint root cause, exercise guidance, sleep hygiene, lifestyle habits, nutraceuticals, botanicals, and traditional medications. Join us as we strive for better health and wellness together!
Praxis means "to make a consistent practice of what you're learning in order to achieve a desired outcome", we chose this as it embodies how we achieve optimized health.
